Community Day 2013

Dear Community Business:

 

The Hellertown Lower Saucon Chamber and Community Day committee are now planning the 12th Annual Community Day in Hellertown for Saturday, August 17, 2013. The past 11 years have been a success, and we’ve received even greater feedback since our move to Dimmick Park two years ago.

Please acknowledge that the event runs from 10 am to 5 pm. We are encouraging all of this year’s vendors to make every effort to keep their booth open and staffed the entire duration of the event, as suggested by community feedback.

We have family-friendly activities and demonstrations planned throughout the day in addition to music, dance, and children’s activities at the Kid’s Corner – as well as popular trackless train ride and a speed pitch game. The car show will return again this year as well and is expected to draw quite the crowd of participants.

 We are expecting more than six dozen organization/business booths to participate and hope that you will be one of them. The involvement of our local businesses and community organizations is what has made this event so successful that it is now going into its 12th year!  

Don’t miss out this year as we continue to grow!  Please return the attached booth reservation form and vendor liability agreement to reserve your space at this community event that draws thousands of people from your community. The deadline to respond is June 28, 2013. Please note that we cannot guarantee you a spot if we receive your form after the deadline; you will be put onto a waiting list until we re-evaluate the layout.
