The Borough of Hellertown is seeking interested residents to fill vacant seats:


 Emergency Operations Center Manger - Maintains coordination with the elected officials, County Emergency Operations and Public Safety officials.  Provides prompt information on emergencies.  Prepares and maintains Emergency Operations Plan.  This position pays a monthly stipend.  Click Here for job description.  


Fire Marshal - The Fire Marshal advises Borough Council in matters regarding the fire protection and safety within Hellertown Borough. Salary is a stipend.   Click Here for job description.


Zoning Hearing Board   Un-expired term   to December 2019

                                     Alternate  (3-year term)  1/17 to 12/19

Members are tasked with ensuring fair and equitable application and administration of the municipal zoning ordinance.

Trap-Neuter-Return Program

What are feral cats?  You might call her an alley cat, a barn cat, or a street cat              she is a feral cat, living a valued life outside.  Because she has not been spayed,             she has 3-4 litters a year, eventually forming colonies.  Cats make their home                 wherever they can find food and shelter.  Tomcats prowl for mates, females                    become pregnant, and the cycle of reproduction continues.
