As of the 2008 budget session, Council has recommended that the 2008 Real Estate Tax millage be 16.0 mills.
For 2008 the Fire Service Appropriation Tax will be 1.5 mills..
Residential garbage and recycling 2008 assessment is $175.00 for garbage/$50.00 for recycling (total $225.00) the 10% penalty will be added on February 13th. Businesses should contact the office regarding their rates.
Please check for the due date on all bills. A 10% penalty is added after the due date on all bills.

Any taxes not paid as of 12/31 of the prior year are turned over to Creditech for collections of Fire and Garbage Assessments. Delinquent Real Estate is turned over to the county.
Notice of unpaid accounts will be mailed November of the current year as a reminder.
