Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Hellertown Borough will meet in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 685 Main St., Hellertown, PA 18055 on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 6:30 pm for the purpose of hearing the following appeals:
26-ZHB-02: 1225 Main Street – The Appeal of 360 Investments LLC – Applicant seeks Special Exception from the requirements of Section 450-20 for Mixed Use Parking Requirements. The Property will contain a professional business and one dwelling unit on the first floor and one dwelling unit on the second floor. Application is not seeking to alter the exterior features of the Property and will not expand the existing footprint so the building.
26-ZHB-03: 1770 Main Street – The Appeal of Jefferson Health Corp – Applicant seeks Variance from the requirements of 450-22(C)(4) and related relief as may be required, to permit proposed wall, monument, and freestanding hospital identification and wayfinding signage.
