Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Hellertown Borough will meet in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 685 Main St., Hellertown, PA 18055 on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 6:30 pm for the purpose of hearing the following appeals:
Continuation of 25-ZHB-5: The Appeal of Kevin and Lori Gough – 411 Main Street. Appellant is requesting the following:
- Variance from § 450-20 C (4) to allow tenants to be permitted to back out of stacked parking spaces onto Laubach Avenue.
- Variance from § 450-20 C (7) to eliminate landscaping between parking spaces and public street.
- Variance from § 390-21 I to substitute (2) 50-gallon industrial totes on lieu of a dumpster.
- Special Exception for § 450-13 C to allow multi-family dwelling in the TC (Town Center) District.
