25-ZHB-5: The Appeal of Kevin and Lori Gough – 411 Main Street for the following:
- Applicants are seeking a Special Exception § 450-13(C) for the conversion of single-family home into apartments.
- Applicants are also requesting a Variance to permit property to be used as an AirBnB rental.
25-ZHB-6: The appeal of Maggie Wallner and Brendon Miller – 141 New Street for a Special Exception and Interpretation from § 450-19(C)(2) as existing fence has failed to adequately contain giant breed dog within owners’ property. Relief from front yard fence height restriction will allow for compliance with § 450-19(C)(2) which states fences used to contain dangerous/hazardous uses shall not be restricted by height.
