It is in your best interest to car pool and come together to this event so that we can alleviate any parking and traffic concerns! Your organization leader is the only person to register your group at the SV Administration Parking Lot. ONLY THEN, will your group be directed to the designated area. When you are placed in the Division, you may not move your vehicle, etc. from that assigned spot and are totally responsible for keeping the other half of the road clear so that others can pass safely to their area.

THERE ARE NO CHANGES TO THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS!!
If you follow directions and communicate with your group, everyone can enjoy this event and remember – we are all volunteers for the same cause – to show everyone what a great community we live in!
MAIN STREET IN HELLERTOWN WILL BE DETOURED STARTING 1:30 P.M. SUNDAY – DO NOT GET IN THE GRID-LOCK.
